Private Consultations: By appointment only, we offer private consultations within the confidence of our showrooms. Besides addressing any concerns you may have, we will also be discussing about your list of stolen or lost items in full details and showing you possible replacement options.
Personalized “in-home” experiences: If, for any reason, you are unable to attend one of our showrooms to initiate the replacement process, we will bring the showroom to the comfort of your own home.
Custom Design: Ken Luong, the owner of Dallany Jewellery Designs, is a reputable jewellery designer with over 20 years of experience. When necessary, Ken will draw upon his expertise in order to precisely recreate your original design pieces.

The Dallany Insurance Replacement Process
At Dallany, we strive to create a claims process that is quick and simple. With your convenience in mind, we have structured the following claims process so that you are well-informed every step of the way:
You report your lost or stolen jewellery claim to your insurance provider.
Your insurance adjuster will contact us about your insurance replacement claim.
We will contact you by phone within 24 hours of receiving your claim.
We will deal with your insurance adjuster directly, and manage all your insurance-related papers in order to resolve your claim in a timely manner.
We will contact you as soon as your replacement jewellery has been expertly prepared.
You have the choice of either picking up your jewellery from one of our showrooms, or having your jewellery delivered to your home.
